Not the greatest against groups of physicals but that's not to say physicals don't have skills that can be interrupted.

Refreshing to see a mesmer build not using panic. I love PI too. Anyways, consider bringing empathy in HM, great anti-physical. Also I'd recommend going secondary necro and squeezing necrosis in there as well.

I like PI over Panic too...anyway(supposing is for hero-no pve skill abuse...):
-Wasterl Demise, 3 sec CD, will be spammed draining ene
-Shatter delusions, there are better skill around imo
-Overload and Guilty....dunno how well heroes use those 2(first one has been discussed for long time).

For the rest is fine, i'd slot there a /Mo res, thanks to FC.

It's a human build, as it isn't posted in the hero forum and Empathy I only use when I know there's multi-hitters.

Then i'd put at least Cry of pain(maybe for shatter).

Also, cause you should be VERY confident on your rupts reflexes to use PDrain (for energy return), i'd change it for drain delusions....use overload or WD (fast recharrge hexes) and you can regain energy more easily than waiting a foe to cast something. Just matter of personal preference/playstile thought.

I run a somewhat similar build, but with:

Unnatural Sig
Empathy
Waste Not
Guilt
Cry of Frustration
Psy Instab
Mistrust
Wastrel's Worry

I do a combo when PI lands of: PI > Wastrel's > Waste Not > Unnatural Sig > Mistrust (if offensive caster). You will get all of it off up until Mistrust, which will usually complete then trigger before a caster finishes a spell from the KD.
